At Greenoak International School, we understand that children thrive in environments where they feel seen, supported, and connected. Our Micropods Program offers a unique, small-group learning experience for children from Playgroup to Grade 6, designed to foster academic growth, emotional resilience, and meaningful peer relationships.

Each micropod is a carefully curated group of 4–8 learners who meet regularly to explore shared interests, navigate common challenges, and grow together—academically, socially, and emotionally.

What Makes Micropods Special?

  1. Personalized Learning in Small Groups Micropods allow for focused attention, peer collaboration, and differentiated instruction. Whether reinforcing classroom learning or exploring new topics, each pod is guided by a trained facilitator who nurtures curiosity, confidence, and critical thinking.
  2. Shared Purpose, Real Connection Pods are formed around common developmental goals or life experiences, such as:
    • Character formation and values education
    • Navigating school-related challenges
    • Discipline and self-regulation
    • Coping with grief, change, or loss
    • Building friendships and social confidence
  3. Beyond the Classroom Micropods also serve as a space for joyful connection and celebration. We host:
    • Playdates and Social Circles
    • Birthday Celebrations within pods

        •    Weekend Enrichment Sessions

  • Parent-Pod Check-ins to support home-school alignment
